We had a really warm welcome and the room was huge enough with a great shower. Bed was super comfy and we enjoyed a fab breakfast. The staff were all super friendly and helpful . Parking was easy too, no worries there.
Only downside was the late check-in time and the air-con could use a little maintenance. It was a lil tricky to find our room with all the corridors.

The location is stunning, 3 km from The Tower. It offers spotless and airy rooms with the bedroom, a bath, for instance, spent our time lovely. The staff are efficient and amicable and deserve a 4-star rating. We have stayed at this brand-new hotel previously and would stay here again.

The rooms and the equipment are in need of renovation in some areas. So in one of the rooms we used, the lampshade by the bed had dark spots.

Our rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. We were just passing through. It takes a car to drive anywhere. We were just going to Hampton Cour Palace.

We have used hotels at this level ,however, this came at the bottom 1) poor reception, 2)poor food 3) not clean. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!! WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

We had an amazing stay with a beautifully decorated room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, including a good pancake station. We also loved the lovely grounds that offered great photo opportunities!

Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Liked large outdoor chess set, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast. Lots of free parking.
Pool very small and I was sent away the first time I tried to use it as there were too many people in there! Only 15 allowed at any one time apparently.
